Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2, 2026
By accessing killtimegames.net (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of the Site
You may play the games on this Site for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its host, or related systems;
- use automated systems to scrape, copy, or overload the Site;
- reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Site's compilation, layout, or design without permission;
- interfere with advertising in ways that breach our partners' policies, including generating fraudulent impressions or clicks.
2. Game Licences
Each individual game remains under the open-source licence granted by its original author (in most cases the MIT licence), and that licence governs your use of the game's code. Credits for every game are listed on our About page. If you are a rights holder and believe a game should not appear here, see section 6.
3. Disclaimer
The Site and all games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KillTime Games and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any game on it.
5. Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
Some games and advertisements are served by third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services.
6. Copyright and Takedown (DMCA)
Every game here is open source and credited to its author. If you own rights to material on this Site and believe it is used without permission, email [email protected] including: (a) identification of the work; (b) the URL on our Site; (c) your contact details; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act. We will remove the material promptly.
7. Advertising
The Site is free because it is supported by advertising. Ads may appear around or inside games. Blocking them is your choice, but it removes the revenue that keeps the Site online.
8. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
